Comprehensive Birth Doula Services
$500-$1,300 sliding scale
All birth doula services listed below are covered under the sliding scale fee. We trust that clients will use their discretion, and pay what they can afford. Any amount paid over $1,100 will go to our BirthBridge Fund which will help make our services accessible to everyone in our community. Thank you for paying it forward!

prenatal appointments
Prenatal appointments start as early as 12-16 weeks of pregnancy (and as late as you hire us!) and we aim to schedule 4, 1-hour appointments spread out over the course of your pregnancy.
2 week pre-birth on call
Starting 2 weeks prior to your due date, do not hesitate to call us anytime day or night. We will answer any last minute questions you may have, or listen to you breathe through your contractions to help determine how your labor or pre-labor is progressing.
labor and birth support
Continuous physical and emotional support for you (and your partner, if applicable) throughout the entirety of your labor and birthing of your baby.
immediate postpartum
We will stay with you in the hospital for up to 3 hours postpartum to help you get settled, assist with breastfeeding if necessary, and help with any other physical or emotional needs you may have.

2 week postpartum on call
Similar to the pre-birth period, we are available by phone any time of the night or day to answer any questions you may have about your baby or your own postpartum healing. We do not guarantee that we will have an answer to every question, but we may be able to point you in the right direction.

postpartum visit (4hrs)
We will plan to visit you within the first 2 weeks of your delivery. The purpose of this meeting is to chat about your birth, answer any questions you have, and help you get settled in any way you need. Do you feel like you could use breastfeeding support? Help figuring out baby wearing? Sleep? Laundry? Meals? We are here to help in any way you need.

Do you want a birth doula, but your budget is tight? Please reach out anyway! We know how that goes, and we believe that every birthing person who wants a doula should have access to one. One of our goals is to be able to offer our services to all, and we are able to do this with the help of our BirthBridge Fund.
