Includes:
Newborn Sleep Foundations guide, initial and 15 minute weekly check-in calls until 12 weeks.
This program is ideal for the family that wants to lay the groundwork for successful sleep but does not want a personalized plan.

Sprouts (Newborn to 4 months)- $500
Includes:
Newborn Sleep Foundations guide, initial and 15 minute weekly check-in calls until 4 months, 30 minute 1:1 video presentation, personalized written plan with sleep training methods, daily email support as needed during sleep training, 15 minute weekly checkin call for 2 weeks during sleep training.
This program is ideal for the family that wants to lay the groundwork for successful sleep and wants a personalized plan and 1:1 support through sleep training when it is appropriate.

Buds (4+ months)- $350
Includes:
30 minute 1:1 video presentation, personalized written plan with sleep training methods, daily email support as needed during sleep training, 15 minute weekly checkin call for 2 weeks during sleep training.
This program is ideal for the family who is ready to sleep train their infant.

Includes:
30 minute 1:1 video presentation, personalized written plan with sleep training methods, daily email support as needed during sleep training, 15 minute weekly checkin call for 2 weeks during sleep training.
This program is ideal for the family who is ready to sleep train their toddler.

In Person Bedtime Support - $300/night
Can only be added onto Sprouts, Buds, or Blossoms package.
In-person bedtime support includes modeling and supporting sleep training methods for families.
Must be within 25 miles of St. Johnsbury.

30 minute phone call to discuss challenges and solutions. Topics typically include bedtime battles, multiple night wakings, nap time issues, early morning wakings.
Does not include personalized plan or follow-up support.
